Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days after receiving it. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in their original packaging and with all original tags attached.

All discounted and sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Register your return

Before sending anything back, please register your return through your by Parra account.

Scan the QR code on the return card included with your order, or visit account.byparra.us and log in to your account. Select the order and the item(s) you would like to return and follow the instructions.

Please include the packing slip that came with your order in the return shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you received a defective product or we shipped the wrong item, color or size, please report this directly in the return portal when registering your return. In these cases, we will provide a return shipping label.

After you have registered your return, you will receive email updates about the status of your return. Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 8 working days.

Final Sale

Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Please view the Product Description Page for details on an item's return eligibility.
